The Compass Rose is published 8 - 9 times a year. We welcome all members to submit articles, educational clips, and/or any other material pertaining to boating. They will be edited for clarity and based on space available. The Compass Rose is the official publication of Norwich Power Squadron. Articles, opinions and advertisements do not necessarily reflect NPS/USPS policy or endorsement, unless so designated. Articles may be reproduced in any USPS publication when credit is given to both The Compass Rose and the author. Subscriptions are free to members or $10.00 per year for non-members.
