| The Compass Rose is published 8 - 9 times a year. Members are encouraged to submit articles, educational clips, and/or any other material pertaining to boating. The Compass Rose is the official publication of Norwich Power Squadron. Articles, opinions and advertisements do not necessarily reflect NPS/USPS policy or endorsement, unless so designated. Articles may be reproduced in any USPS publication when credit is given to both The Compass Rose and the author.
